The Liquidator of First Domestic Insurance Company Limited (“FDIC”), Mr. Michael Toney, so appointed by the Court on 19 February 2020, is offering 2 properties for sale in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
The properties are –
- 19-21 King George V Street property in Roseau (popularly known as the “First Domestic Building”), and
- The Tonge Refrigeration property at Fond Cole
The properties comprise several individual lots of land – some owned directly by FDIC and others by a related company.
The properties are pledged as collateral security in support of credit facilities granted by the National Bank of Dominica (“NBD”).
The Bank has agreed to the Liquidator conducting the sale process and to facilitate this process the Liquidator has obtained a Limited Power of Attorney to treat with the lots not owned directly by FDIC.
